I am a research entomologist specializing in insect and mite biology, ecology, behaviour and management, with extensive experience in both academic and applied entomology. My work bridges fundamental science and practical solutions for global agricultural challenges.

Research Expertise Development

Developed core expertise through visiting scientist positions (including as a Fulbright Scholar) at UC Davis (California, USA), under Dr. James R. Carey, a founding figure in insect biodemography. I also worked as a visiting scientist at Imperial College at Silwood Park (Ascot, UK) under Dr. Michael Hassel and Charles Godfray.

  • FAO/IAEA Consultant: Provided technical expertise to international agencies on pest control and policy.
