Amalia Bolou has been working at the Lab of Animal Husbandry of the Department of Animal Production since 1986, conducting research and educational work.
Her duties include conducting laboratory exercises for the Department’s undergraduate courses.
She participates in and supports the Laboratory’s research activities by recording observations and carrying out measurements (Mechanical Milking, Milk Quality, and Quality Assessment of Small Ruminant Meat & Animal Science Applications). She also participates in student internships and contributes to the supervision and preparation of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral theses.
